Directions below are from the north and east. Wrangaton Cross exit junction on the A38 is approximately 30 miles south of Exeter. Mothecombe is another 10 miles.
Come off the A38 at Wrangaton Cross, and follow the signs for A3121 left off slip road, then left for 5/6 miles by passing the villages of Ugborough and Ermington. At the T junction, turn right heading towards Plymouth.
Follow the road for 5-6 miles, and at the roundabout continue straight over following the signs for Yealmpton/Plymouth
Continue towards Plymouth for 1 mile, and then turn left to Holbeton/Mothecombe. Pass by the two left turns to Holbeton village and take the third left turn marked HEMBURY CROSS (Nethecombe) and after about 200 yards you will come to a drive on the left marked PAMFLETE.
Turn left along this drive through open farmland with a sea view on the right and after about half a mile, towards the bottom, turn left at the PAMFLETE HOUSE sign.
Go along for 300 yards to where the drive splits at the grass triangle. Take the left fork for about 200 yards to where a green wheelie bin is situated at the top of another drive. Turn right down this drive to the bottom.
